Weekly sessional courses (pre-registered)
Level I classes consist of 30 mins pranayama (breath work)
and 60 mins asana (physical work).
If you have never studied this style of yoga, or
have never practiced pranayama, this level will introduce you to
this form and teach you a base practice of breathing.
If you are new to yoga this class gives you an opportunity to
learn an integrated style, with appropriate instructions for all levels.
Level II classes use the same format but assume familiarity with the shat karmas set of pranayama, and triputi approach to asana. Students will learn progressive levels of pranayama and asana.
Level III classes use the same format incorporating intermediate level techniques and progressing towards advanced level pranayama and asana.

Intro to Pranayama is a weekend format or longer pre-registered program, introducing students to the basics of pranayama and a beginning level practice they can practice at home or teach in the studio.
Intro to Indian Philosophical Systems is a weekend format or longer pre-registered program, introducing students to the philosophical systems of India, and their connection to Yoga and Ayurveda. Philosophies to be covered include: Samkhya, Vedanta, Tantra, Yoga of Patanjali, and Buddhism.
SANSKRIT courses are available on request in any format (private, seminar, weekly), online and in your location. Students will learn how to read and pronounce the script, chant mantra, and translate (progressing from easy to more difficult).
Intermediate Level Pranayama is a weekend format or longer program, that builds on the introductory program. Students will learn intermediate forms of the practices taught in level I as well as new practices. PREREQUISITE: daily practice of pranayama for a minimum of 1 year and Introductory level or equivalent.
Introduction to Meditation in seminar or weekly formats provides students with an introduction to a number of meditation techniques, and philosophies on meditative practice.
Advanced Level Pranayama is a weekend format or longer program that builds on the intermediate level practices, while adding advanced level techniques and discussing phenomena that occurs in advanced stages of practice. STUDENTS MUST BE PRACTICING DAILY FOR A MINIMUM OF 2-3 YEARS, AND ARE REQUIRED TO MEET WITH THE TEACHER FOR ASSESSMENT BEFORE ADMITTANCE TO THE COURSE.
Intro to Ayurveda is a weekend format or longer pre-registered program, introducing students to the fundamentals of the Ayurvedic lifestyle and its approach to health and well-being. Students will leave this course with a solid understanding of the key concepts of Ayurveda: dosha, dhatu, prakriti, vikruti, dinacharya and rutacharya. These concepts form the base philosophy and approach to daily regimens and custom diet according to constitution and present health conditions.
